DIGITAL DIVIDE

The difference in access to information and communication technology (ICT) between people or communities and those without it is known as the "digital divide." This discrepancy can take many forms, such as having access to hardware (such PCs and cellphones), having internet access, being digitally literate, and being able to use technology well.
